Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and record keeping.
Provide administrative support to HR department.
Provide administrative support to account departments when required.
Coordinate administrative matters across departments and communicate relevant information
Maintain proper documentation control and data accuracy.
Perform other administrative support duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask
Prior administrative experience is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
