Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Packing parcel, stock take, labelling stock.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail.
Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Upload new product promptly, keep product listing, store banner attractive.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise.
Understanding company products and brand.
General office duties.
Job Requirement
Diploma/bachelor's degree in Administration.
At least 1 year of administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
