Job Responsibilities



To assist in general administrative works. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Maintain confidentiality of documents and whatever confidential information received and/or have knowledge of. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Assist colleagues by carrying out common office duties whenever necessary. Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Job Requirements:



Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field. Good understanding of office procedures, coordination of activities, and compliance with company policies. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of documents and any sensitive information. Proficient in creating, updating, and managing records, databases, and filing systems (personnel, financial, and general data). Able to perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, preparing documents, and supporting colleagues as needed. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Ability to track office supplies, monitor stock levels, and place orders when required. Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
