Assist the Admin Manager with daily administrative tasks and general office operations.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents.
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
Handle photocopying, scanning, and document preparation as required.
2. Data Entry & Record Management
Perform accurate data entry into company systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
Ensure all data is updated, complete, and error-free.
Support in compiling reports and maintaining updated records for internal use.
3. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with other departments or vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
Provide basic customer or tenant support (if applicable), such as answering inquiries or directing calls.
4. Office & Resource Management
Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and other administrative inventories.
Coordinate with suppliers or service providers when replenishments or maintenance are needed.
Ensure the office environment remains neat, organized, and professional.
5. Support to Management
Provide administrative support to the Admin Manager and management team on ad hoc tasks or projects.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and notices as directed.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
