We are looking for a dedicated and humble Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join our rehabilitation and medical support team. Many of our clients are OKU / disabled community, so kindness, patience, and respect are essential.
Job Responsibilities
Answer and manage phone calls professionally
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
Register patient check-in/check-out
Maintain documentation and reports accurately
Assist in administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning)
Follow up with clients regarding appointments
Support day-to-day office operations
Overtime may be required when needed
Requirements
Minimum education: SPM / Diploma / Degree
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
Very humble and polite personality - able to work calmly with OKU patients and families
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
Preferably able to start as soon as possible
