Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Admin Assistant / Receptionist Staff

to join our team. This provides hands-on exposure to Human Resources and administrative operations. You will assist with the daily functions and contribute to the smooth execution of administrative activities.



Admin Assistant:



Providing administrative support. General office administration works such as accurate document filing, keeping records, etc Prepare relevant weekly & monthly report. Assist with recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates. Maintain, update, and manage employee records and documentation Support document preparation; such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and internal memos. Assist in monitoring employee attendance, leave records, and working hours. Support the coordination of internal events, staff meetings, and employee engagement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00-RM2,000.00

Receptionist Staff:



Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls. Able to type accurately and converse confidently in proper English and Chinese. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer and administrative skills. Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.

Pay: RM1,700.00-RM2,000.00

Requirements



Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Currently pursuing a SPM or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Possess strong communication skills with a professional working attitude. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
