Greet visitors, answer and direct calls, manage correspondence
Organize documents, office supplies, and schedules
Prepare meeting materials, assist with reports and presentations
Handle general administrative tasks and light bookkeeping support
What We're Looking For:
Minimum SPM; a diploma is a bonus
Strong command of English and Malay;
Mandarin fluency a definite plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Highly organized, reliable, and a team player
Previous admin or clerical experience preferred
