Your responsibilities will involve mainly administrative duties. To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team. In this role you will be responsible for: Plan customers' service appointment and coordinate with service team to create optimal schedule Follow up with service team to ensure no service backlogs Ensure all data is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently Handle customers' complaint and enquiries Any ad hoc duties assigned from time to time Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holder in any field Has own transportation (with valid driving license) to travel to work Literate in IT Able to handle timelines without affecting quality of work Employment of foreigners are subject to the local authorities approval and subject to their own visa application Highly Desirable: Excellent attention to detail Ability in multitasking Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels Commercially focused acumen Benefits Attractive base salary EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions Out-patient Employment mode's conversion to be changed to permanent (based on work performance) You will be welcomed into a friendly, robust and competitive team that are highly motivated and focused on achieving goals and results.
