Job Description

To be responsible for the general day-to-day operations in the retail office including daily administrative works and office & outlet maintenance. Update records, execute and maintain a proper filing system for all documentation. To compile general items orders and raising purchase request for retail admin and outlets. To match invoice with outlet, purchase requisition to ensure outlets orders are being delivered according to ordered quantity. To maintain updated record of purchase products, cost price and delivery information. Provide administrative support on purchasing and store related task.
