Job Details-Handle day to day operations of invoicing, issuing and sending accounts statement for customers. -Perform daily filling of documents. -Attend to telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls to the respective personnel. -Handle basic inquiries. In charge and sort out incoming and outgoing correspondences in all forms (documents, courier, parcel etc.) -To handle and prepare monthly payroll administration task -Responsible for timely processing of payroll & wages, preparing monthly management reports, relevant documents for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB etc -To Check Physical Stock every month-end. -A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team. -To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.Company Details
