Prepare administrative paperwork including Purchase orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
Data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
Operate or assist with the
weighbridge
to record incoming and outgoing trucks.
Keep logs of weights for raw materials, waste, and finished precast products.
Performs any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
Previous administrative work experience (added advantage)
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
