Assist in the filing works.
Assist Executive to update and manage disbursement and down payment list.
Call customer to deal with the order booking and loan.
Open receipt for customers down payment (deposit).
Update invoice summary created by Executive.
Assist Executive to manage bank's invoice.
Assist to prepare commission and incentive for Sales Advisors.
Assist to manage EVSO payment for PSOS booking (if necessary).
Make an insurance quotation (if necessary).
Job qualification
Open to Male candidates only.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Office Management or related field.
At least 1-2 years of work experience in the field of Administration or related positions.
Good time management and organizational skills including the ability to prioritize work and adhere to deadlines.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with Managers, colleagues and customers.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word and other related software applications.
Ability to do multitask, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the workplace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of Company information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
