Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office through effective office management and administrative support. Responsibilities:



Office Management:

Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and physical.

Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.

Manage office equipment, coordinating repairs or maintenance as needed.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to various departments.

Perform routine administrative duties, including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

Conduct data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail promptly and accurately.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties.

Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.

Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring a positive experience.

Collaborate with colleagues and assist them whenever there is an opportunity to do so.

Required skill and qualification;



SPM, Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proactive problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
