The incumbent main responsibilities are:
In-charge of registration, booking and confirmation of bed for undergraduate student
Compile, key in date and update students' data from time to time
Assist in sending debit note to students and tenants
Assist in sending reminders to outstanding students and tenants
Assist in allocation of bed and rooms for the exchange room and new students
Send documents between HQ and UPM site as and when needed
Attend to students' enquiry pertaining to hostel accommodation
Responsible for bank in rental collection on daily basis
Assist in preparing the relevant form for student to fill in (red form, blue form, white form, yellow form)
Assist in keys collection and keys distribution
Assist in keys sorting and key testing during semester break
Preparation of official letters / announcements / memos
Coordinate, record and distribute internal correspondence and documents, e.g. internal memos, pay slips
Coordinate and record all incoming and outgoing document
Disseminate the document to respective department
To attend to room changing request and complaints from students
To carry out the process on booking and confirmation of hostel room
Any other ad hoc assignments
