Provide administrative support to company leadership and staff.
Perform general office duties such as filing, mail handling, email and phone correspondence, and data entry.
Manage and coordinate calendars, schedules, and appointments to avoid conflicts and ensure efficient time management.
Maintain and update client records accurately in the system.
Handle general administrative duties including, but not limited to:
Issuing quotations, debit notes, receipts, cover notes, and policy documents.
Submitting daily collections and processing commission recoveries and payables.
Preparing and submitting policy cancellation requests.
Undertake any other ad hoc tasks or duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM (high school diploma) or equivalent qualification.
A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.
Additional qualifications, certifications, or relevant experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Courteous, professional demeanor with a clear and friendly phone voice.
Proficient in using basic office software and tools.
Willing to work on-site in Bentong, Pahang.
