Provide comprehensive administrative support to company leadership and staff.
Perform general office duties such as filing, handling mail, managing email and phone correspondence, and data entry.
Coordinate and manage calendars, schedules, and appointments to ensure efficient time management and avoid conflicts.
Maintain, update, and manage client records accurately in the system.
Handle key administrative tasks, including:
Issuing quotations, debit notes, receipts, cover notes, and policy documents.
Submitting daily collections and processing commission recoveries and payables.
Preparing and submitting policy cancellation requests.
Assist with ad hoc administrative duties or special tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum SPM (high school diploma) or equivalent qualification.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles (fresh graduates with the right attitude will also be considered).
Additional qualifications, certifications, or relevant experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Professional and courteous demeanor with a clear and friendly phone manner.
Proficient in using basic office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems).
