Candidate must possess at least higher secondary/ SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in any field/ Fresh graduate.
Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel & Power Point).
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Process a valid car driving license.
Good administrative, organizing, coordination and follow up skills.
Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem solving and provides capability decision making.
Must be able to handle stress
Able to work independently under pressure
Responsibilities
Perform day to day secretarial and project administrative duties including travel arrangement and schedules, appointments and meeting, maintain filling system, organize and draft business correspondences etc.
Strong business skills and good administrative, organizing, coordination and follow up skills.
Assist and support the Coordinator
Transmit directive, instructions and assignments, if any, and follow up with respective parties.
Setting up and coordinate weekly, monthly, and annual meeting when required.
Prepare minutes of meeting and presentation materials, project report and documentations.
Acting as the control point of reports compilation, including collating information, formatting documentation and developing presentations.
Maintain records of Manager contacts.
Provide full range of confidential personal assistance to the Manager.
Attending to any ad-hoc duties that may arise.
