Job Description

Job scope:

To perform duties such as Purchase Order, Good Received, sorting and documents tracking, keep track orders and ensure timely delivery as per schedule. Follow up by e-mail/WhatsApp and confirmation to suppliers whether PO received. To record and keep track food safety items such as glove, 3ply mask, hair net, etc. To sourcing new sample requested by R&D team AP invoices entry Other ad hoc administration task
Job Requirements:

SPM / Diploma qualification. Some experience in purchasing or admin work (fresh graduates can apply). Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp). Organized, responsible, and able to follow up on tasks. Willing to learn and work as a team.
