Job Description

Responsibilities



- To handle general administrative functions

- Able to keep track of inventory and stock control.

- Provide secretarial and administration support to any/all Department as and when required

- All others related or ad-hoc duties as may be required from time to time

- The company reserves the right to change responsibilities and duties where circumstances dictate

Qualification / Experience Requirement



- Candidates must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ LCCI or equivalent

- Minimum 1 years working experience in similar field

- Experience in inventory and stock control will be an added advantage.

- Familiar with MS Excel and Computer Literate

- Good written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

- To work independently and has the capability of performing multiple task with minimum supervision and under pressure.

- Possess positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking

- High level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and sense of urgency

- Possess own transport

- Female preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
