Job Description

Responsibilities: -



To handle general administrative functions. Able to handle basic accounts. Coordinate and process invoices, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO) and etc. Provide secretarial and administration support to any/all Department as and when required All others related or ad-hoc duties as may be required from time to time The company reserves the right to change responsibilities and duties where circumstances dictate

Qualification / Experience Requirements: -



Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree or equivalent Minimum 1 years working experience in similar field Familiar with MS Excel and Computer Literate Good written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. To work independently and has the capability of performing multiple task with minimum supervision and under pressure. Possess positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking High level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and sense of urgency Possess own transport Female preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
