Job Description

This position is responsible for performing general office and administrative tasks, such as handling communication and scheduling, while also managing the company's purchasing activities, including finding suppliers, negotiating prices, and processing orders. Key responsibilities include:

Administrative duties

: Performing general office and clerical support for management and operations. This can include prepare the quotation, invoice, handling phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.

Sourcing and procurement

: Overseeing all purchasing activities for the company. This involves identifying and vetting suppliers, preparing and managing purchase orders, and overseeing inventory.

Documentation

: Maintaining and organizing all purchasing and administrative records in both digital and physical formats.

Coordination

: Ensuring the smooth operation of both administrative and sourcing functions, acting as a liaison between departments and external vendors.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
