Job Description

We are hiring an

Admin Assistant

to support our daily administrative and export documentation tasks. This role is

suitable for entry-level candidates and fresh graduates

. Training will be provided.

You will assist in preparing export permits and official documents to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with

Export Permit applications

Prepare

Veterinary Permits

and

Health Certificates

Draft

Letters of Indemnity

and

Justification Letters

Follow up with internal teams and relevant authorities Ensure documents are accurate and submitted on time Maintain proper filing and record-keeping Perform general administrative duties

Requirements



Minimum

SPM / Certificate / Diploma

(Fresh graduates welcome) No prior experience required (training provided) Basic computer skills (

Microsoft Word, Excel, Email

) Able to read and write in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
