\xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain a delivery and driver trip record and update in the system. \xe2\x80\xa2 To attend/handle phone calls and customer inquiries/walk-in customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare product samples for Penang and JB office (wed only for JB office) \xe2\x80\xa2 To record incoming DO from the supplier. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle incoming /outgoing parcels (courier services). \xe2\x80\xa2 To be in charge of stationary, office equipment, and miscellaneous. \xe2\x80\xa2 To co-operate in implementing and maintaining ISO Quality System. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform special tasks upon request from management. \xe2\x80\xa2 To co-ordinate with colleagues at all times to enable smooth operation and instill team spirit to enhance productivity with minimum supervision. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least a SPM qualification or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 1-2 years working experience in related industry or related job nature. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent command of oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu. \xe2\x80\xa2 Welcome fresh graduate to apply.
