Job Details :
Position : Documentation Assistant
Company Industry : Shipping & Logistic
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0830 hour to 1730)
Working Location : UOA Business Park No.1, Jalan Pengaturcara U1/51A, Seksyen U1, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor.
Working Duration: Contract with PERSOLKELLY until December 2023
Remuneration : Basic salary RM2,200 - RM2,500 (based on qualification & experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Diploma / Degree holder (fresh graduate are encourage to apply).
- 1-2 years working experience in shipping
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Assist on Bill of Lading (BL) preparation.
- Respond to emails, phone calls in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper filing is done for Shipping Instruction (SI) and BL confirmation.
- To execute any additional assigned task given by reporting manager.
- Answer call from customers
- Communications with customers - via email
- Coordinating & data Entry
- A dynamic and friendly team
