We're looking for someone with experience in administrative work and a positive attitude to learn and grow.
You will be supporting the daily administrative operations, invoicing, and order coordination to ensure smooth workflow between departments and customers.
Responsibilities
Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
Collect order details from management and coordinate deliveries to customers
Liaise with transport/logistics team to ensure timely deliveries
To ensure correct item and quantity are loaded to lorry transport
Maintain proper records of documents, invoices, and delivery orders
Support other ad-hoc admin as needed
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field
At least 2 years experienced in admin related work.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Good organization, communication, and time management skills
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Display qualities such as initiative, problem-solving, and ownership of tasks
