Job Description



-Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional.

-Assist with daily office documentation and filing, ensuring all records are properly organized and maintained.

-Manage office administrative and operational activities, including office supplies, equipment, cleaning services, insurance, general purchases, etc.

-Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth office operations.

-Oversee company vehicle matters such as insurance and road tax renewals, servicing schedules, fuel card management, and related documentation.

-Assist with any ad-hoc duties, projects, or activities as assigned by management.

Requirements



Minimum STPM or Diploma in any related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask with minimal supervision. Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
