Responsibility
Manage office management, supplies, inventory, and ordering as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls and emails.
Maintain and organize office files, documents, bookkeeping, and records.
Assist in all sorts of tasks in each department.
All other duties or projects as assigned.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director.
Coordinate with external parties for business meetings, personal engagements, and events.
