Requirements



SPM, Diploma or higher academic qualification in any relevant fields. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. High level verbal and written communications skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Computer literate and numerate. Exemplary planning and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

Responsibility



Manage office management, supplies, inventory, and ordering as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls and emails. Maintain and organize office files, documents, bookkeeping, and records. Assist in all sorts of tasks in each department. All other duties or projects as assigned. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director. Coordinate with external parties for business meetings, personal engagements, and events.
