Job Description

We are currently looking for an organized and detail-oriented

Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:



To provide general administrative and operations support including keeping proper filing records and maintaining office supplies.

Attending to reception, photocopying, stationery stock take etc.

Responsible for basic administrative day-to-day work.

Assist in financial tasks, such as bookkeeping, invoice processing, account reconciliation and maintaining financial records

Monitor accounts receivables and send monthly debtors statements.

Assist in preparing monthly reports and annual financial reports.

Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

Job Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma.

Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Preferably

1-2 years

working experience in a similar position

Ability to work independently.

Proactive with a

strong sense of responsibility and urgency

and with enthusiastic personality in a fast-paced environment.

Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skill.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
