  • Possess a Diploma in any field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, photocopiers).
  • Prior experience in data entry and record keeping is an advantage.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Subang Jaya.

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing them appropriately.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, updating databases and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, contributing to overall team efficiency.
