Requirements

• Female candidate, confident in front of the camera.
• Ability to film engaging short-form videos using a smartphone.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and narrating voiceovers.
• Skilled in basic editing using CapCut and design with Canva.
• Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and scripts.
• Familiar with social media trends and best practices on XiaoHongShu (???) and Instagram.
• Creative, able to propose new ideas aligned with women's wellness, points redemption, and lifestyle.
• Proficient in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Preferably with experience in influencer-style content, social media analytics, and photography.

Responsibilities
1. Content Creation Skills

• Female candidate with confidence in front of the camera.
• Ability to film engaging short-form videos using a smartphone.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and/or narrating voiceovers.
• Skilled in basic editing using CapCut (or similar apps).
• Proficient in designing visuals and layouts with Canva.

2. Copywriting & Storytelling

• Strong ability to write catchy captions, hooks, and scripts for social media.
• Understanding of local audience trends, especially related towomen's wellness and lifestyle.
• Ability to adapt tone for both XiaoHongShu (XHS) and Instagram audiences.

3. Platform Knowledge

• Familiar with trends and best practices on XHS (???) and Instagram.
• Knowledge of hashtags, SEO keywords, trending audio, and posting strategies.
• Ability to repurpose content across multiple platforms.

4. Creativity & Initiative

• Can brainstorm and propose fresh content ideas aligned with women's wellness, points redemption, and lifestyle.
• Has a good eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

5. Communication & Language

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (advantage for XHS audience).
• Confident in narrating or doing voiceovers with clear pronunciation.

6. Additional Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
• Experience with influencer-style content or lifestyle blogging.
• Photography skills (added advantage).
