Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Subang Jaya SS14
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
Transfer data from a hard copy to a digital database.
Update customer information in a database.
To preview transactions and documentation for compliance.
To check invoices, bills, vouchers, or documents for corrections before entering them into records.
Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
Type in data quickly and efficiently.
Responsible for any assigned general administrative job.
To assist in any other task as and when required by management.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Candidate must possess SPM.
Fresh grade is welcome to apply.
Computer literate
Able to work under pressure and meet the dateline.
Able to communicate in Mandarin /Cantonese
Remuneration Package:
Basic RM 2,200.00 - RM 3,000.00 (Subject to Experience)
5 days' work 9.00am - 6:00pm
