Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain, update, and manage databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle applications, data entry, and submission of required documents in a timely manner.
Check, verify, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documents and records.
Organize, maintain, and manage proper documentation and filing systems, both physical and digital.
Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess
at least an SPM or Diploma
in any field.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in an administrative or related role is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time-management skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Willing and able to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
