Job Description

Position: Administration Assistant



Working Location:

CTRM AeroSystems Sdn. Bhd., Subang

Requirements



1. Diploma in Office Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or technical support roles.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

4. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities



1. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.

2. Prepare, maintain, and manage records, reports, and documentation.

3. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and document flow.

4. Support management office administrative activities, including meeting room bookings and office supplies.

5. Maintain filing systems, documentation and record (physical and digital).

6. Assist in documentation approval.

7. Assist in internal communications, announcements, visit and company events.

8. Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, insurance, and car rentals) and assist with approvals and claims.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
