We're looking for a proactive and dependable
Administrator
who can juggle both administrative tasks at HQ and provide essential support to our chiropractic clinics.
You'll play a key role in making sure supplies, stock checks, and paperwork don't disrupt the clinic's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, office supplies coordination, and courier arrangements.
Support the HQ team with document tracking, data entry, and inventory records.
Liaise with vendors or suppliers when required.
Clinic Administration
Conduct
supply deliveries
to various clinic locations (Mileage reimbursement allowed).
Perform
occasional on-site stock checks
and clinic asset monitoring.
Maintain proper record of inventory movement between HQ and clinics.
Coordinate with the Operation Manager or Area Managers to schedule visits and ensure minimal disruption to clinic activities.
Communication & Coordination
Build good rapport with
clinic staff and chiropractors
to support seamless coordination of administrative tasks.
Act as a support link between HQ and clinic teams for any admin-related matters.
Provide real-time updates on admin activities affecting clinic operations.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Has a valid driving license and is comfortable traveling between our clinics as part of the role.
Is reliable, hands-on, and takes ownership of tasks -- whether it's delivering supplies, checking stock, or organizing paperwork.
Can communicate well and build positive working relationships with both clinic staff and managers.
Has good attention to detail and keeps things organized, especially when it comes to admin records or inventory.
Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Preferably has some experience in admin, clinic, logistics, or operations -- but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much!
