Job Description

Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on references and guidance from management. Support and execute day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth company workflow. Follow up on monthly reports and ensure submissions are accurate and on time. Assist in preparing internal memos, notices, and other documentation in Malay and English. Coordinate and liaise with different departments for operational follow-ups. Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling, data entry, and report compilation. Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle any additional operational tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:



Excellent written and verbal communication in both Malay and English. Ability to prioritize workload effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently under guidance. Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
