1. Ensure that all corporate matters are managed effectively to support the day-to-day operation.
2. Administrative works involving the various aspects of property development related matters.
3. Compliance with Government Statutory bodies.
4. Maintaining good and up to date filing system for easy retrieval.
5. Keep track of tenancy agreements renewals and rental collection properties.
6. Prepare quotations/ invoices for internal processing.
7. Support team on new projects/ assignments.
8. Any other duties considered appropriate by the management that management that befits your qualification and experience.
9. Answer and direct phone calls.
10. Organize and schedule appointments.
11. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
12. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letter, faxes and forms.
13. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
14. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
15. Maintain contact lists.
16. Book travel arrangements.
17. Provide general support to visitors.
18. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
19. Liaise with team members to handle requests and queries from management.
20. Preparation, checking and processing monthly claims, invoices, payment records, tender and all other related documents.
21. To carry out any other clerical responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.
Requirement:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in a related field is an advantage.
MUST possess a valid car driving license (Class D) and able to drive confidently.
Experience in administrative or clerical work is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsible, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and a well-organized working attitude.
Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
Neat appearance and positive working attitude.
