Requirements
Diploma / Degree in related field or minimum 3 years of work experience in similar role
English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (Ability to COMMUNICATE IN MANDARIN is a MUST)
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and handle multi tasks simultaneously
Fresh graduates/ Interns are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided
Responsibilities
Assist in tender preparation, proposals & client quotations
Source vendors, request quotes & negotiate prices
Compare cost & evaluate supplier quotations
Ensure proper documentation & project filing
Monitor supplier performance & coordinate delivery schedules
Inspect quality of purchased items & resolve issues
Maintain vendor list and support general admin tasks
