To provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the company/clinic. This role supports documentation, filing, data entry, and coordination tasks as assigned by the department.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Administrative & Clerical Support
Assist in preparing, updating, and organising documents, reports, and files.
Perform data entry in systems, trackers, spreadsheets, and databases.
Assist with scanning, photocopying, printing and document labelling.
Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital).
Support in preparing meeting materials or simple reports as instructed.
B. Front Desk & Communication
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct enquiries to the relevant person.
Assist in handling emails, scheduling appointments, and basic correspondence.
Provide general customer support when required.
C. Operational Support
Support day-to-day administrative operations such as inventory checking, courier arrangements, or document delivery.
Assist in coordinating with external vendors, panels, or departments when assigned.
D. Clinic / Business Support (If in Healthcare Setting)
Assist in collecting, verifying, or organising clinic documents such as:
Panel insurance forms
Billing summaries
Claims supporting documents
Support simple stock checking (consumables) under supervision.
3. Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, Healthcare, or any relevant field.
Fresh graduates applying for temporary positions are welcome.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace).
Good communication and organisational skills.
Able to work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork.
4. Working Hours
Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm)
5. Additional Information
Internship allowance or temporary staff salary will be provided based on company policy.
Training and supervision will be provided.
