Schedule and coordinate monthly inspections and vehicle servicing
Liaise with drivers to ensure vehicle readiness
Track oil usage, spare parts inventory, and maintenance schedules
Update stock lists and ensure the availability of parts
Assist with procurement processes, including raise Material Requisitions (MR), PR/PO creation
Monitor inventory levels and maintain filing systems
Follow up with Purchasing on outstanding orders
Record the allocation of parts (e.g., tyres, lubricants)
Track who placed each order and who collected the items
Compile Delivery Orders (DO) and submit them to HQ
Enforce job sheet compliance
Assist in preparing and managing reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required
Requirements:
Minimum
SPM or Diploma in Business Administration
or related field
1-2 years in administrative roles, preferably in workshop
Meticulous and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Effective communication and coordination skill
Team player with a proactive attitude
