Job Description


JOB DUTIES 1. To ensure proper filing system are implemented with appropriate data records and updates. Keep all filing (hardcopy and softcopy) neat and clean. To photocopy and file credit note, sales invoices, staff and director claims, purchase order or quotations requested from customers and etc. 2. To update all records inclusive but not limit to utilities usage, fixed asset, printing, requisition record from time to time. All the requisition form number and balance record must be updated upon re-order/new purchase. To timely process monthly billings and requisition documents processing. 3. To assist in Travel (incl. Itinerary) & Accommodation reservation arrangement for company trip purposes. 4. To perform works such as photocopy, scanning, fax documents, documents delivery, courier arrangement, database entry & etc. as required. 5. To enquire quotation from both existing and new suppliers and prepare purchase order to selected supplier. 6. To assist in issuance of Medical Chit whenever received requisition from department or branch. 7. To liaise with Panel Clinic either in Renewal or New Appointment, including queries when needed on consultation or medication related matters. 8. To liaise with external customers (suppliers/vendors) in-terms of billings, quotations, products information & any other related matters. 9. To assist in preparing monthly e-claims checking, shell card, petrol claim, medical allowance recording from Invoices received. 10. In charge of office stationery, Office equipment, Electrical Equipment and Furniture & fittings matters including but not limited to monitor its inventory record, quotation & comparison, purchasing & etc. 11. To assist dispatch all cross-checked documents to relevant department or branch. 12. To relief Receptionist whenever insufficient of manpower (On leave/Sick Leave or away from Reception). 13. To generate monthly utilities/telco/courier/fuel bills and get relevant parties for endorsement on the charges. JOB REQUIREMENT - Minimum SPM or equivalent with at least 1-2 years working experiences in related field - Microsoft Office, Computer Skills, Customer Service Skill, Negotiation Skill - - Preferable can write/read/speak in Mandarin fluently as the job requirement need to deal with Chinese customer Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
