Job Description


JOB DUTIES 1 To record and update Co. Administrative job function, such as renewal of trade license, vehicle and government agency.
2 To report/record/prepare on monthly punch clock system, staff overtime, travelling claim and local purchases.
3 To ensure safety procedure is in good order and office daily usage items as and when requested.
4 To ensure as and when require to collect documents from customers or transporters and government agency.
5 To ensure all general admin documentations are all kept in good order.
6 To record and report update trucks/machineries stock and movement, documentation, drawing plan, registration are in well received order.
7 To maintain update of customers quotation record.
8 To assist in preparation of marketing meetings and events.
9 To liaise with bodybuilders/customer requests/complaints.
10 To liaise with JPJ runner for Puspakom testing, registration and etc.
11 To liaise with customers for trucks/machineries deliveries and payment.
12 To assist and prepare Parts & Service schedule. JOB REQUIREMENT - Minimum SPM or equivalent (Fresh graduate are encouraged)
- With at least 1-2 years working experiences in similar field
- Basic computer knowledge, Microsof Office, able to read and write
- English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
