Job Description


  • Manage telephone systems, including answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment, ensuring proper functioning and coordinating repairs when necessary.
  • Distribute and manage water supply throughout the office premises.
  • Oversee courier and mail services, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of packages.
  • Act as the point of contact for coordinating China Caf\xc3\xa9/Property Exit activities, liaising with relevant stakeholders and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule visits from headquarters personnel, ensuring appropriate arrangements are made for their accommodation and travel.
  • Assist with flight ticketing, including booking flights, managing itineraries, and coordinating travel logistics.
  • Handle hostel bookings for employees and visitors, making necessary reservations and ensuring comfortable accommodations.
  • Support the administrative team with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
