Manage and organize office documents, correspondence, and filing systems.
Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Prepare letters, reports, and meeting notes accurately and promptly.
Coordinate internal communications and external correspondence.
Assist with purchasing, inventory management, and petty cash handling.
Follow up on projects, reminders, and task updates.
Handle confidential and personal matters for the employer when needed.
Assist in social media coordination or marketing tasks occasionally.
Perform other administrative duties as required to support operations.
