Handle and prepare all insurance claim documents
Check completeness of documents and update claim status
Follow up with customers, insurance and workshops
Key-in data into system and maintain proper filing
Assist customers with claim enquiries
Prepare daily/weekly report for management
General admin tasks related to claims
Requirements
Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Basic automotive knowledge (training will be provided).
Basic using computer (etc word, excel).
Organised, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
