Job Description

JOBTASK



Receive and review claims

from customers.

Check insurance policy

details and coverage.

Investigate

what happened and collect supporting documents (photos, reports, etc.).

Work with adjusters or repair shops

to assess damage or loss.

Decide claim outcome

- approve, reject, or adjust the payment.

Communicate

with customers and explain claim status.

Process payments

and close claim files.

Keep records

and prepare simple reports.

Follow company and insurance rules

for every claim.

Required Skills & Experience



At least 1 year of experience in claims processing, customer service, or similar administrative roles. Strong attention to details and effective time management abilities Able to work cross-functionally, adapt to process improvement, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in both verbal and written communication
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
