What You'll Be Doing:
Manage SPX/Shopee parcel collection and drop-off operations
Assist customers professionally and provide excellent service
Handle admin and clerical duties including data entry and record keeping
Coordinate daily logistics, delivery schedules, and stock movement
Assist with basic accounting and HR tasks
Solve daily operational and logistics challenges efficiently
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities
Manage and create social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Maintain organized files, documents, and tracking systems for smooth workflows
What We Need:
Minimum SPM (Diploma holders encouraged to apply)
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Good memory for parcel codes, customer names, and processes
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin is a bonus)
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Own transport required
Fresh graduates are welcome
Immediate starters preferred or January 2026 intake
Male candidates preferred (female candidates may also apply)
