Responsibilities:

Responsible for administrative duties include office facilities, maintenance, filing and documentations

Handle stocks and logistic include shipment of goods, arrange goods for delivery and update stock list

Assist in customer service functions such as manage front office, attend to incoming calls and customer enquiries

Assist in HR related matters such as leave record

Assist in Account department such as filling and task will given.

Good in organizing (etc: Files, Paperwork).

Good in time management & Motivation in working.

Able to develop ideas for making management more advance.

Perform clerical tasks including typing documents, compiling, and filing records.

Answering and making telephone calls

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree holder with minimum 1 years working experience in related field

Fresh graduates in Business Administration are encouraged to apply

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Pleasant personality, excellent organizational and time skills

Proactive with strong analytical abilities and positive attitude

Can start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
