We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk to support daily administrative and clerical operations. The role involves handling documentation, data entry, filing, and general office support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry, filing, and record keeping accurately.
Prepare, update, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment records, and petty cash.
Manage office supplies and ensure sufficient stock levels.
Support administrative tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
