Monitor & update employee leave and attendance: Sick leave, and other absences to ensure compliance with company policies;
Coordinate office supplies and equipment: Order and maintain necessary supplies and equipment for the department.
Document Management:
Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, related to the bank portfolio;
Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed;
Assist with the preparation of presentations.
Data Analysis:
Collect and prepare data related to the bank portfolio, performance metrics, and trends;
Prepare standard reports and summaries based on data analysis.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations;
Assist with the preparation of compliance reports and audits.
Requirements
Diploma and Degree holder majoring in any field;
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Meticulous and detail-oriented;
Microsoft Excel Savvy;
Microsoft Word Savvy.
