  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Responsibility
  • Able to work independently under pressure
  • Carry out variety administrative and clerical tasks assigned by superior (mailing, scanning, printing)
  • Responsible to protect client personal data
  • Responsible to maintain an organized filing system
